摘　　要：浙江工业职业技术学院通过政校合作、校企合作,共建绍兴市公共实训基地和绍兴市职业培训联盟,举办大学生技能文化节,搭建技能竞技平台,注重"双师"团队建设,强化教学改革,构建教学资源库,开设网络课程,"教、学、做、赛融合",培养了一批备受社会欢迎的数控高端技能型人才。本文重点阐述"教、学、做、赛融合"人才培养模式的具体内涵和做法,以期为大家提供参考。Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic College by the political school, school-enterprise cooperation, build Shaoxing City public training base and Shaoxing City Union of vocational training, organizing skills and cultural festival of college students, to build the skills of competitive platform, focus on the ＂double division＂ team-building, strengthen the teachingreforms, build the library of teaching resources, the creation of network courses, ＂to teach, learn, do, race integration, training a number of major social welcomed CNC high-end skilled personnel. This article focuses on teaching, learning, doing and race integration＂ of the specific meaning and practices of the Training Mode, in order to provide a reference for everyone.
