摘 要:测定了4个季节的全尺度人工湿地中基质无机磷含量,研究植物组成与多样性对基质无机磷季节动态的影响。方差分析表明,4个季节中,除冬季物种丰富度与无机磷呈正相关之外,其他3个季都没有显著的相关性,植物组成对无机磷有显著的影响。基质无机磷夏季(2008年7月植物生长最快的季节)最高,平均值为(12.36±0.43)mg/kg,而秋季(植物收割后采集的基质样品)最低,平均值为(9.16±0.40)mg/kg;表明基质营养(如无机磷)的季节动态变化趋势与植物的生长规律相一致。研究表明,在大型人工湿地中,衡量植物多样性对基质营养季节动态的影响效应时,植物组成要比植物多样性更有说服力。This study focused on the effects of plant diversity on seasonal dynamics of substrate inorganic phosphorus (SIP) in a full-scale constructed wetland in southeastern China, which was determined via measuring the content of SIP in four different seasons. ANOVA analysis in this study showed that plant composition had very significant effect on substrate inorganic phosphorus, while no significant effect of plant diversity on SIP was detected in the four seasons except the positive correlation between the species richness and SIP in winter. Meanwhile, the highest inorganic phosphorus pools occurred in summer with the average value of (12.36±0.43) mg/kg in each plot (when the plants grow fastest in the four seasons), and the lowest value (9.16±0.40) mg/kg in autumn (substrate samples were collected after plants harvested), indicating the seasonal dynamics of SIP were highly consistent with plant growth cycle. Therefore, plant composition explained much more about the measured nutrient cycling processes than plant diversity in the full-scale constructed wetland.
