摘　　要：目前对信息系统与企业管理匹配影响因素主要集中在人、信息系统供应商以及企业管理等多个方面,大多研究主要侧重在宏观层面,难以透析匹配影响因子,本文基于生态视角,从生存环境、战略、架构、业务流程、惯例以及沟通六个方面分析影响信息系统与企业管理匹配影响因子,提取主要匹配影响因子,形成信息系统与企业惯例匹配生态因子体系,为提高信息系统与企业管理匹配指明方向,也为企业建设和管理信息系统提供科学决策和实践指导。The information system and the enterprise management matching factors mainly are consist of user, information system supplier and enterprise management, most research focused on the macro level, it is difficult to dialysis matching factor in this paper. Based on the ecological perspective, from the living environment, strategy, architecture, business process, convention as well as the communication between the six aspects, the matching factors are analysised, the ecological factor system is built on match between information systems and business practices, in order to improve the efficiency of the match between information system and enterprise management, and provide scientific decision-making and practice guide on the construction of management ;.fn,-,~;
