摘　　要：知识价值投资与权证投资都是对预期价值的一种展望,体现的都是标的效果延后的期待属性。权证投资通过有效杠杆和溢价率等指标量化投资收益。知识的价值包含内在价值和时空价值两部分,其内在价值由社会人文价值和经济价值组成,时空价值由知识的有效性、可塑性和创新性等因素决定。知识的投资价值计算方法是内在价值和时空价值与相关影响因子的复合加权。Knowledge Value Investment and investment warrants are an outlook on the expected value, re- fleeting the effect of delayed expectations are subject property. Warrant investment through effective lever- age and premium rate and other indicators of quantitative investment income. The value of the intrinsic value of knowledge and spatiotemporal value contains two parts, its intrinsic value is determined bY social and human value and economic value composition, spatial and temporal value is determined by the effec- tiveness of the knowledge, plasticity and innovation and other factors. Knowledge of the investment value is the intrinsic value of quantitative methods and spatiotemporal weighted value and related factors com- pounded.
