明代四夷馆的学生管理模式考证

摘　　要：明代四夷馆是我国最早的官办多语种翻译学校,学生的学习模式由辅修学习发展为专业学习,不同时期学制有所不同。四夷馆具有较为完备的学生评价体系与考核制度。四夷馆学生的待遇优于一般的国子监监生,通过考核可以成为朝廷后备官员。The Ethnic House is the first government-run multilingual translation school in China. The learning mode developed from minor learning to professional learning. The academic structures in different periods were not the same. There was a compre- hensive student assessment mechanism and promotion system in the Ethnic House. The treatment of the Ethnic House students was better than the Imperial College students and the students could pass the exam to become back-court officials.
