高校周边环境治理现状调查报告—从高校安保人员视角分析

摘　　要：随着我国高等学校教育教学改革不断深入和办学规模的扩大,许多高校在市郊或远离市区的城镇建立了新校区。由于主客观等方面的原因,目前高校(特别是新校区)周边环境十分复杂,如何有效地进行综合治理成为困扰高校安全工作的主要问题。通过问卷调查的方式,抽取全国10所高校(本科、高职)的240多名高校专职安保工作人员(保卫处干部和安保人员),从对高校周边环境治理的认知,高校周边环境治理现状、存在的主要问题及解决问题的主要措施等几个方面,进行了调查,获取了比较珍贵的第一手资料,以期对高校周边环境综合治理给予启示、思考和帮助。Along with the teaching reform of our country＇s higher education and the expansion of the education scale, in the outskirts of the city or town, many new colleges and universities were set up. Due to objective reasons, subjective aspect, at present, university （especially the newcampus） surrounding environment is very complex. How to effectively carry out thecomprehensive management becomes the main problem of college security work.This paper uses the way of questionnaire survey, selecting the 10 universities（undergraduate, vocational） more than 240 college full-time security staff （the security office cadres and security personnel）, from the surrounding environmentgovernance of cognition, the main problems of governance, surrounding environment in Colleges and the main measures of so lving these problems in three aspects, were investigated, to obtain more valuable first-hand information, with a view to the comprehensive management of the surrounding environment for inspiration, thinking and help.
