摘　　要：体育保健实验课的教学目标是为了巩固学生的理论知识体系,提高学生的实践能力、基本技能、操作能力、创造能力、思维能力等综合素质.体育保健实验课新体系的构建在很大程度上提高了教学质量,对学生创造能力、实践能力的提高具有良好的促进作用,有利于实现培养综合素质人才的教学目标.Experimental teaching of athletic health care aims to strengthen students＇ theoretical knowledge system, and improve students＇ practical ability, basic skills, operation ability, creative ability, thinking ability and comprehensive quality. The construction of new system of experimental teaching of athletic health care has greatly improved the teaching quality, has favorable effect on students＇ creative ability and practical ability, and is helpful to realize the educational objective of training talents with overall qualities.
