摘　　要：在冲压生产过程中,特殊制件、特殊位置褶皱问题比较难解决,解决此类问题要有系统的解决方法,因为一旦需要解决这个问题,模具就要有较大的更改,更改不好很容易出现其他问题。文章主要根据8D方法系统描述如何整改褶皱问题,从问题描述、原因分析(从多角度解析问题真因)、制定对策(分析对策有效性及优势)、方案实施、现场验证等来介绍褶皱问题解决的过程。It is difficult to solve the corrugated problem which created in special auto parts and special area in auto parts during the stamping process, solving this problem should has a systematic measures. Once need to solve this problem, the dies should be changed greatly. If die modification doesn＇t meet the requirements it will be easy to create the other problems. This paper introduces how to modify and solve the corrugated inner door panel based on 8D method, from the aspects of the description, cause analysis, countermeasures, plan implementation and verification, describes the whole solving process.
