摘  要:目的观察相同剂量中药三七混悬液和桑葚提取液对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量的影响。方法用D-半乳糖建立小鼠衰老模型,同时实验组分别灌胃给予相同剂量2.0 g/(kg·d)的三七混悬液和桑葚提取液。给药40 d后处死小鼠,取血清及肝脏测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果三七混悬液和桑葚提取液均可以提高小鼠血清和肝脏中SOD、GSH-Px活性和降低MDA含量(P<0.01或0.05),相比之下,桑葚提取液在GXH-Px上的效果较明显,而三七混悬液则在SOD上的作用更明显。结论桑葚提取液和三七混悬液都具有抗氧化、抗衰老作用。Objective It is to observe the effect of the same dose between panax notoginseng and mulberry on SOD, GSH - Px activity and MDA content of aging mice induced by D - galactose. Methods The aging model mice was established by subcutaneous injection of D - galactose on the back and the mice in experimental group were respectively given the same dose ( 2.0 g/( kg · d) of panax notoginseng mixed suspension and mulberry extract at the same time. After 40 days, the mice were killed and the SOD,GSH - Px activity as well as content of MDA in serum and liver were measured. Results Both of panax notogineng mixed suspension and mulberry extract could improve activity of SOD and GSH - Px and reduce MDA content in serum and liver of mice ( P 〈 0.01 or 0.05 ) , by contrast, mulberry extract effect on GSH - Px was obvious, while panax notogin- seng mixed suspension had more apparent effect on SOD. Conclusion Panax notoginseng and mulberry both have antioxidant and anti-aging functions.
