摘　　要：分析企业工艺资源管理的重要性,研究了制造企业工艺资源管理面临的困境,根据工艺资源的分类建立了工艺资源管理模型,设计出协同其他系统对工艺资源管理的系统,达到工艺资源的优化利用,增强企业各个系统的集成度,提高企业运行效率。The importance of process resource management technology for manufacturing enterprises is analyzed. According to process resource classification the management model is put forward through by researching the problems of process resource management on manufacturing enterprises. The process resource system is designed based on the model, which is optimal use of process resources, enhances integration of various systems, and improves operating efficiency.
