综合心理干预治疗难治性强迫症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合心理干预对难治性强迫症患者的疗效。方法 17例难治性强迫症患者根据症状特点有侧重的采取综合心理干预。治疗前、治疗后分别用Yale-Brown强迫量表(Y-BOCS),治疗后采用下列疗效评定法评定:有效率(Y-BOCS减分率>50%人数的比例,减分率=原分数-现分数/原分数);缓解率(Y-BOCS<19分人数的比例)。结果治疗前后Y-BOCS得分配对t检验按P<0.01标准,在统计学上存在差异,Y-BOCS减分率>50%的有11例,有效率为65%;Y-BOCS<19分人数有14例,缓解率为82%。结论综合心理干预治疗难治性强迫症患者有一定效果。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Comprehensive Psychotherapy for patients with refractory obsessive compulsive disorder.Methods Seventeen refractory obsessive compulsive disorder patients were treated by comprehensive psychotherapy .The re-sults were evaluated with Yale-Brown obsessive Compulsive Scale （Y-BOCS）.Results After 12 weeks of therapy,the scores are lower and of a total of 17 patients, eleven were found to have improved ,the effective rate was 65%.The rate of remission was 82%.Conclu-sion Comprehensive psychotherapy is an effective treatment for patients suffering from refractory obsessive compulsive disorder .
