摘  要:采用铬天青S-分光光度法测定了木耳中非法添加剂磷化铝含量。研究表明:pH为5.97时,CAS、CTMAB与Al。形成的蓝色络合物,其最大吸收峰位于584nm处,铝的浓度在0~60mg/mL范围内,回归方程为y=1.1129x+0.4516,r=-0.9930,摩尔吸光系数为3.0×10^4 L/(mol·cm)。检出限为0.005mg/mL,平均回收率为100.65%,RSD为2.23%。Determination of illegal additive Aluminium phosphide in edible fungus by Chromium azure S Spetrophotometry was studied in this paper. Aluminium reacts with CAS and CTMAB to form a stable blue complex (pH5.97). The complex has a maximum absorption wavelength at 584 nm. Concentration of aluminium was in the range of 0 mg/mL-60 mg/mL, the regression equation being y = 1.112 9x +0.451 6, the correlation coefficients was 0.993 0, and the apparent molar absorptivity was 3.0 × 104 L/(mol·cm). The detection limit was 0.005 mg/mL,The average recovery was 100.65 %,with RSD of 2.23 %.
