摘　　要：针对高校实验室安全管理存在的主要问题,提出了构建实验室安全保障体系是落实各项实验室安全工作的关键。以安全管理委员会为主体,以实验室安全公共服务为条件,以安全责任制、检查与监督来推动构建保障制度落实的高校实验室安全保障体系。Based on the problems existing in the safety management of university laboratories ,the construction of safety and security system of laboratory is key to implement the safety management system. The safety and security system of university laboratories which safeguards security system implementation can be built ,taking safety management committee as the main body ,public service of laboratory safety as the condition ,and safety responsibility system ,inspection and supervision as the energy of operation .
