摘　　要：雄激素受体信号通路在前列腺癌的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,因此,一直是前列腺癌相关领域的研究热点。研究前列腺癌中雄激素受体信号通路的表达调控可以为前列腺癌的临床诊断、治疗以及进一步的研究提供科学依据。本文就雄激素受体信号通路激活与抑制方面的研究进展进行综述。Androgen receptor signaling pathways plays an important role in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer , Therefore ,It has always been a hot research topic in the related field.Study the regulation and expression of androgen receptor signa-ling pathways helps to diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer ,and Provide the basis for further research.In this paper ,We sum-marized the activation and suppression of androgen receptor signaling pathways.
