破解应用型本科院校成人教育困局的策略——以商洛学院为例

摘　　要：当前学院成人教育存在着招生困难、人才培养目标与社会需求脱节、教师能力难于对接人才培养要求、成人教育产品不能满足多元化的社会发展需求等问题。面对自身成人教育发展所存在的问题,应当采用扩大社会影响缓解招生难、加强校企合作培养教师应用型能力、立足学生个性需要制定人才培养方案、成人的学历教育和非学历教育相补充以满足多元化社会需求等对策来破解当前新建应用型本科院校的成人教育困局。At present, there are many problems existing in adult education of Shangluo University, which include difficulty in enrollment, big gap between the object of talent training and social demanding, mismatch between adult education and multi-type social development demanding, etc. To cope with difficult situation of adult education, Shangluo University shall enlarge social influence for settlement of hard enrollment situation, and strengthen university-enterprise cooperation for enhancement of teachers’ ability in application, and draw up talent training program on the basis of personal character of students,establish mutual complementation mechanism between academic education and non-academic education for solving predicament of adult education in application-oriented university.
