摘  要:为了提高胶印印刷质量,了解油墨传递过程及油墨传递特性,运用流固耦合算法,对油墨传递的初始时刻进行计算模拟.分析了油墨通过2个相互挤压墨辊的过程及在油墨压力与墨辊间压力共同作用下胶辊的变形和墨层有效厚度,得到油墨流动通道及油墨转移率.根据该分析方法,计算出不同条件下油墨的流动通道和油墨转移率,分析两墨辊对滚转速与墨辊间压力对油墨转移率的影响,并讨论了胶辊的运动机理,得出胶辊的运动是由于油墨的黏性力及硬辊对胶辊的推力共同作用的结果.To improve the quality of printing and know about the process of ink transferring, the initial moments of the ink transferring is computed by liquid-solid coupling computation. The deformation of rubber roller and effective ink layer thickness are extracted under the pressure of ink and the pressure between two ink rollers. Then, the ink flow channel and ink transferring rate can be obtained. The ink flow channel and ink transferring rate are calculated under different conditions according to this method, and factors including rolling speed and pressure between the two rollers, which affect the transferring rate, are analyzed. At the same time, the mechanism of rubber roller movement is discussed for further study of the whole printing system.
