摘  要:为了探讨日粮中氟添加水平对鸡肾脏抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取80只15日龄罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为4组,其中对照组饲喂全价日粮,试验组饲喂高氟日粮(I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组日粮含氟量分别为300,600,900 mg/kg),饲喂30 d。结果表明:在鸡血清和肾脏中,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性与对照组比较显著下降(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量与对照组比较显著升高(P<0.05),且血氟和肾氟含量与其抗氧化能力存在一定剂量-效应关系。To investigate the effect of dietary fluoride on antioxidant function of kidney in chickens. Eighty Lohmann chickens at 15 days of age were randomly divided into four groups including the control group and three test groups, in which the control group were fed the complete diet, and the three test groups were fed F 300 rng/kg of fluorine ( group I ), F 600 mg/kg of fluorine ( group II ), and F 900 mg/kg of fluorine (group R1 ) in the diets for 30 days, respectively. The results showed that the superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase( GSH - Px) activities in serum and kidney of the chickens were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the group II and group I1~ compared with control group (P 〈 0.05 ), and the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in the three test groups were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the control group, and there was a dose - response relationship between antioxidant function and the contents of blood fluorine and renal fluorine.
