摘　　要：基于集成管理理论,综合考虑影响西部资源型企业技术创新管理的外部环境、企业间合作以及企业能力3个层面的作用力,创造性地将集成系统原理应用于西部资源型企业技术创新管理优化研究中。分析了集成系统的构成原理与结构要素,以此为基础解析宏观环境、企业间和企业内部3个层面的要素集成过程和集成机理,通过构建西部资源型企业技术创新管理集成系统形成理论分析框架,有序而全面地探析西部资源型企业技术创新管理的系统性和持续性优化路径。Based on integration management theory, this article considers the main force that influence technology innova- tion management of the resources-based enterprise in west of China by three layers, which are macro-environment, inter- enterprise and the enterprise itself. It creatively applies the principle of integrated system into studying the technology in- novation management optimization for western resources-based enterprise. By analyzing the construction principle and es- sential element of the integrated system, it expounds the element a process and integrated mechanism of each layer, and constructs the system to form the analyzing structure. The aim is to orderly and roundly search the systemic and sustain- able optimizing way for technology innovation management of resource-based enterprise in west of China.
