穴位注射治疗胃手术后胃瘫综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的了解穴位注射对胃手术后胃瘫综合征的疗效。方法将33例胃手术后胃瘫综合征患者按随机数字表随机分成对照组16例和治疗组17例,对照组接受常规治疗和肌肉注射,治疗组在常规治疗基础上行穴位注射,比较两组的恢复情况。结果治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间〔(9.06±3.61)d比(16.94±5.27)d〕和胃功能恢复时间〔(10.12±3.89)d比(17.69±5.76)d〕均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上采用穴位注射治疗胃瘫综合征操作简单,效果良好。Objective To assess the efficacy of acupoint injection therapy in patients with post - gastrectomy gastroparesis syndrome. Methods Thirty - three patients with post - gastrectomy gastroparesis syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and an acupoint injection therapy group. Patients （n = 16） in the control group received conventional therapy while patients （n = 17） in the acupoint injection group underwent acupoint injection therapy in addition to the conventional therapy. Patient outcomes were comparatively analyzed. Results The average time needed to restore normal bowel sound [ （9. 06 ± 3.61） d vs. （16.94 ±5. 27） d ] and regular stomach movement （ 10.12 ±3. 89） d vs. （17.69 ±5. 76） d ] was significantly shortened in the acupoint injection group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Excellent outcomes can be achieved in patients with post - gastrectomy gastroparesis following acupoint injection therapy in combination with the conventional therapy.
