摘  要:目的 探讨血管瘤组织β肾上腺素能受体的效应活性.方法 收集12例增生期血管瘤组织(增生期血管瘤组)、10例退化期血管瘤组织(退化期血管瘤组)及10例正常皮肤组织(正常对照组)标本,采用放射免疫分析法检测腺苷酸环化酶(AC)活性及环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平.结果 增生期血管瘤组、退化期血管瘤组、正常对照组AC活性分别为(17.3±2.2)、(10.6±2.1)、(8.6±3.1)pmol/(mg·min);cAMP水平分别为(3.4±0.4)、(2.5±0.5)、(2.1±0.6) pmol/mg.增生期血管瘤组的AC活性均高于退化期血管瘤组及正常对照组的AC活性,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);退化期血管瘤组AC活性与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).增生期血管瘤组的cAMP水平均高于退化期血管瘤组及正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);退化期血管瘤组AC活性及cAMP水平与正常对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 增生期血管瘤组织β肾上腺素能受体的效应活性增高,血管瘤的增生可能与其β肾上腺素能受体的效应活性增高有关.Objective To explore the effective activity of β adrenergic receptor(β-AR) in hemangiomas.Methods Adenylate cyclase (AC) activity and cyclic adenosine monomphsopate (cAMP)levels in 12 proliferating hemangiomas(proliferating hemangiomas group),10 involuted hemangiomas(involuted hemangiomas group) and 10 normal control (normal control group)were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results The AC activity in proliferating hemangiomas group,in involuted hemangiomas group and in normal control group was (17.3 ± 2.2),(10.6 ±2.1) and (8.6 ± 3.1) pmol/(mg · min),respectively.The cAMP levels in the three groups were (3.4 ±0.4),(2.5 ±0.5) and (2.1 ±0.6) pmol/mg,respectively.The AC activity and cAMP levels in proliferating hemangiomas group were obviously higher than those in involuted hemangiomas group and in normal control group (all P 〈 0.05).There was no significant difference in AC activity and cAMP levels between involuted hemangioma group and normal control group (all P 〉 0.05).Conclusion The increased effective activity of β-AR in proliferating hemangiomas may be related with hemangiomatous proliferation.
