精神内化:运用红色资源开展党性教育的实践——以中国井冈山干部学院为例

摘　　要：红色资源作为领导干部党性教育的独特资源,要发挥其独特效果,关键在于转化,即通过耳闻目睹红色资源的物质层面,真正领悟红色资源的精神层面,并内化为其思想意识的有机组成部分。中国井冈山干部学院自创办以来,在红色资源如何有效内化为领导干部的精神动力和党性修养进行了有益探索。To play the unique function of red resources as special resources for the party spirit education for lead- ing cadres, the key lies in transformation, that is, to perceive the substantial layer of red resources by eyes and ears, understand the spiritual layer deeply, and then internalize them into an organic component of one＇ s ideoloJ gy. Since its establishment, China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan has made beneficial explorations in effectively internalizing red resources into the spiritual driving forces and party spirit accomplishment of lead- ing cadres.
