摘　　要：根据专业培养目标和市场需求适时调整教学方式;学习社会培训机构的强化训练方法,以职业能力(知识点)为目标实行专业培训,对核心技能课程进行标准化、程序化、模式化和项目化的教学设计,在教学计划中设置若干个技能强化训练营,去强化学生的动手能力和提高实用技能。According to the training objectives and market de-mand, teaching methods should be adjusted timely. We should also learn from the intensive training methods of social training institutions, including carrying out professional training with oc-cupation ability （knowledge） as the goal, implementing standard-ized, routinized, modelized and projectized teaching design for core skill curriculum, and setting several intensive training camps for skills in the teaching plan, so as to strengthen students＆#39; prac-tical ability and practical skills.
