摘　　要：随着经济社会的飞速发展,社会对人才要求的规格越来越高,人文素养成为学生成才的必备素质。本文通过对建筑类高职学校学生人文素养现状的分析、对学生人文素养缺失的研究以及对学生人文素养培养途径的探索,期望在高职英语教学中对提高人文素养的有效开展提供指导。With the development of economy, the humanistic quality is the essential quality for students＆#39; success. The paper proposes the idea to direct the implementation of humanistic quality improvement in English teaching by analyzing students＆#39; humanities status, studying the reasons of their lack of humanistic quality and exploring the ways to improve their humanistic quali-ty.
