摘  要:培养学生的听、说技能,是英语教学的中心目标。西北政法大学制定了科学的,可操作性强的多元化听、说考核制度,彻底改变了学生听、说课上消极的上课方式,使学生成为学习的主体,几乎所有学生都能积极参与课堂教学,这是考核制度带来的最可贵的改变。The cultivation of students' listening and speaking skills is the central goal of English teaching. A scientific and op-erable pluralistic listening and speaking assessment system was drawn up in Northwest University of Politics and Law, which has revolutionized students' negative attitude towards listening and speaking classes, and made students the subject. Almost all stu-dents can actively participate in classroom teaching, which is the most valuable change brought by the assessment system.
