立法语篇中“下列”相关词语的英译策略探析——以《中华人民共和国刑法》为例

摘　　要："下列"是法律法规中使用频率非常高的一个词汇。本文在统计"下列"相关词语使用频率的基础上,分析其出现频繁的原因,对其使用进行分类,并提出相应的翻译策略。The＆quot;following＆quot;is a frequently used word in laws and regulations. This paper, based on the statistics of the frequency of related phrases containing ＆quot;following＆quot;, analyzes the reasons for such frequency, categorizes the use of such phrases, and proposes corresponding translation strategies.
