摘　　要："中国式过马路"反映出当下部分中国人守矩美德的缺失、生命敬畏的缺少、义务道德的缺乏等道德问题;"重私德,轻公德"思维惯性的影响、效率"经济人"的理性选择、社会转型期的心理焦虑是"中国式过马路"伦理之殇的诱因;改善交通基础设施、以法律呵护道德、加强舆论宣传与监督、重视道德教育与践行,提升交通参与者的素质德行,是"中国式过马路"道德治理的现实路径。＂ Road-erossing of Chinese style＂ mirrors certain ethical scandal of some Chinese people in lower level of rule-abiding, life-worship and duty-consciousness. The ethical cause of sueh a scandal lies in traditional emphasis on personal morality instead of public manner, efficiency rationality of ＂ economic man＂ and psychological anxiety in the social-transformation period. The practical approaches to solving the problem include improvement and traffic facilities, legal supports, publicity of moralities, ethical education and improvement of the traffic-participants moral qualities.
