摘　　要：在教育改革新形式下,农村普通初中肩负着双重任务,既要为上级学校输送人才,又要为农村经济建设输送合格的劳动者。因而,农村普通中学的绿色证书教育,就是要面向农村,面向全体学生,充分发挥绿色证书教育的多功能作用,为了全面提高农村劳动者和后备劳动人员的科技致富能力,使学生成为当地经济建设中的有道德,有文化,有觉悟、懂技术会理、会管理的社会主义新农村的新型劳动者。In the new form of education reform, rural junior high school has a dual task, not only to provide talents to the school, but also quahfied workers for the construction of rural economy.
