摘　　要：目的探讨microRNA-499(miR-499,rs3746444)基因多态性与高度宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN2-3)遗传易感性的关系。方法以病例-对照研究的方法收集253例CIN2-3患者及246例正常者,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测miR-499多态性在两组中的频率和分布,比较不同基因型携带者罹患CIN2-3的危险性。结果本研究未发现miR-499的多态性与CIN2-3有相关性。结论 miR-499的多态性可能与人群CIN2-3的遗传易感性无关。Objective To evaluate the association of microRNA-499 gene polymorphism and the risk for high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN2-3）. Methods The case-control study of microRNA-499 polymorphism was performed in 253 women with CIN2-3（group A） and 246 controls （group B） by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） method. The frequency distribution of microRNA-499 polymorphism and the risk for CIN2-3 were compared between two groups. The risk factors for CIN2-3 in the people carrying different genotypes were compared as well. Results There was no any significant association found between microRNA- 499 polymorphism and the risk for CIN2-3. Conclusion The microRNA-499 polymorphism may not contribute to the susceptibility of CIN2-3.
