摘　　要：目的探讨SALL4基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义。方法收集31例宫颈癌组织和17例正常宫颈组织,用RT-PCR检测SALL4mRNA的表达,用Western blot在蛋白水平上进行验证。分析SALL4在宫颈癌中的表达水平与临床病理因素的相关性。结果宫颈癌组织中SALL4表达高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.01);Western blot在蛋白水平上证实了这一点。宫颈癌组织中SALL4的表达与肿瘤分化状态密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、FIGO分期、肿瘤大小、病理类型和淋巴结是否转移无明显关系。结论宫颈癌组织中SALL4mRNA的表达上调,且与宫颈癌的分化相关。SALL4的基因和蛋白水平检测可能成为宫颈癌诊断和预后监测的新指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of SALL4 gene in cervical cancer tissues. Methods The primary tumor tissues from 31 cervical cancer patients and 17 normal cervical tissues were collected. The expression of SALL4 was detected by RT-PCR. SALL4 protein levels were confirmed by Western blot. The correlation analysis was conducted to assess the relationship between SALL4 expression and clinical pathological parameters. Results The results of RT-PCR showed that the expression rate of SALL4 gene in the cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues （P〈0. 01 ）, which was verified by the expression of SALL4 protein levels detected by Western blot. SALL4 expression in the cervical cancer tissues was closely related with the differentiation status of tumor（P〈0. 05）, but not with age, FIGO stage, tumor size, pathological type and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion SALL4 expression in the cervical cancer tissues is upregulated, which is closely associated with the differentiation status and may be a novel marker for diagnosing and assessing the prognosis of cervical cancer.
