双侧腮腺不同肿物1例

摘　　要：临床腮腺肿物通常仅为一侧,双侧肿物发病率低,双侧腮腺不同肿物发生率则极低。本文报道了1例双侧腮腺肿物不同病理类型的病例,一侧为腺样囊性癌,另一侧为腮腺囊肿,并结合文献进行回顾性研究。从双侧腮腺不同肿物的临床病例分析、病因探讨、诊断及治疗多方面进行讨论,对于双侧腮腺肿物患者,术前应作详细检查以便于治疗方案的选择。Parotid gland neoplasm is usually unilateral clinically. The incidence rate of bilateral parotid gland tumors is low. Furthurmore,the incidence of different types of bilateral parotid gland tumors is extremely low. A case of different pathological types of bilateral parotid tumors is reported,one side of which is adenoid cystic carcinoma and the other is parotid gland cyst. A retrospective study is carried out in accordance with previous literatures. The case analysis, the cause ,the diagnosis and the treatment are discussed. The patients who suffer from bilateral parotid gland neoplasm should be scrutinized,so that the surgeon could choose the best treatment for them.
