摘　　要：目的 探讨职业应激对护士血清单胺类神经递质的相关性.方法 采用分层整群抽样,选择131例护士为研究对象,运用物联网职业健康信息采集系统进行职业应激测量,同时测定血清单胺类神经递质水平,分析职业应激对血清单胺类神经递质的影响.结果 肾上腺素（E）与上级支持、同事支持呈负相关（P＜0.05）,多巴胺（DA）与工作前景呈负相关（P＜0.05）,5-羟色胺（5-HT）与提升机会呈正相关（P＜0.05）.去甲肾上腺素（NE）、E、DA与工作组织满意度呈负相关（P＜0.05）,与每日紧张感呈正相关（P＜0.01）；NE、E与信心充足呈负相关（P＜0.05）,与躯体抱怨呈正相关（P＜0.01）；NE还与心理满足呈负相关（P＜0.05）.结论 护士职业应激对血清单胺类神经递质有相关性,一定程度上可影响血清单胺类神经递质水平.Objective To investigate the impact of occupational stress on serum monoamin neurotransmitters in nurses.Methods A total of 131 nurses were included as study subjects by stratified cluste sampling.The occupational health information collection system （based on the Internet of things） was used t measure occupational stress.Serum levels of monoamine neurotransmitters were also measured.Result Epinephrine （E） was negatively correlated with superior support （P＜0.05） and colleague support （P＜0.05） Negative correlation was also found between dopamine （DA） and job prospect （P＜0.05）.Level of 5-hydroxytry ptamine was negatively correlated with promotion opportunities （P＜0.05）.Norepinephrine （NE）,E,and DA were all negatively correlated with work satisfaction （P＜0.05） and positively correlated with daily stress （P 0.01）.NE and E were negatively correlated with sufficient confidence （P＜0.05） and positively correlated wit physical complaints （P＜0.01）.There was a negative correlation between NE and psychological satisfaction （P.0.05）.Conclusion Occupational stress in nurses is correlated with serum monoamine neurotransmitters,and may affect serum levels of monoamine neurotransmitters to a certain extent.
