辛夷薄片对卷烟感官质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]考察在薄片中添加一定量的辛夷对卷烟感官质量的影响。[方法]以辛夷作为添加物,采用涂布的方式,在片基中添加一定量的辛夷粉末,加工成一种含有辛夷的薄片,将不同辛夷含量的烟草薄片切丝,以10%掺配比例添加到叶组配方中,与空白样对比,进行感官评吸。[结果]研究表明,含辛夷的样品可有效降低卷烟的刺激性,明显改善卷烟吸味;含有辛夷薄片的卷烟,表现出辛夷特有的清凉辛香效果,可有效缓解吸烟者咽喉不适等症状;添加辛夷3‰、4‰、5‰比例的3类样品中,以添加辛夷4‰比例的样品对感官质量的影响最佳。[结论]研究可为今后开发中草药在卷烟中的应用提供理论基础。[ Objective ] To study effects of adding a certain of magnolia an additive, adding a certain amount of magnolia flower in the film bases on flue-cured tobacco sensory quality. [ Method] Using magnolia as with the way of coating, and processed them into tobacco sheets, and we cut the tobacco sheet with different levels of magnolia to silks, and added them into the leaf group formulations with the ratio of 10%, then we compared them to the blank samples with the sensory evaluation of suction. [ Result] The results showed that： samples contained magnolia had a reduced irritation, and significant improvements in cigarette smoke flavor; cigarettes contained magnolia flower chips, showed the special cool spicy effect, which can effectively relieve the symptoms such as smokers＇ throat discomfort; among the three types of samples which add-ed with 3‰, 4‰ and 5‰ of magnolia,the samples which adding with 4‰ of magnolia performed best in the sensory quality. [ Conclusion] The study can provide a theoretical basis for application of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in flue-cured tobacco.
