摘  要:目的探讨通过切除颈上交感神经节建立大鼠单侧颌面失交感神经支配模型的可行性。方法利用改良型颈上神经节切除术切除SD大鼠单侧颈上神经节,建立失交感神经支配大鼠模型。通过免疫组织化学技术和失交感神经侧上睑下垂这一典型体征,检测建模是否成功。结果经免疫组织化学染色结果及手术侧上睑下垂表现证实建模过程中手术切除颈上神经节组织,达到建模要求。结论通过外科手术方法切除颈上神经节建立失交感神经支配大鼠模型是成功可行的。Objective To investigate the feasibility of the amimal model with unilateral maxillofa-cial sympathetic denervation by ablation of superior cervical ganglion (SCGx) in rats . Methods Sympa-thetic denervation model was established by modified unilateral superior cervical ganglionectomy in Spra-gue-Dawley rat . Immunohistochemistry was used PGP9 .5 , neuropeptide Y (NPY ) , and tyrosine hydroxylase (T H ) markers ,and the typical symptom of blepharoptosis in the side of sympathetic denerva-tion was observed to determine whether the models were successfully established . Results Tissue resec-ted during ganglionectomy was strongly positive for PGP9 .5 ,NPY and TH ,which demonstrated that the tissue resected was superior cervical ganglion . Rats exerted blepharoptosis in the SCG-ablation side , while the function of the sham-operation side was normal . Conclusion Sympathetic denervation model can be successfully established by SCGx .
