医学院校实验师资队伍建设存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：针对医学院校实验室实验师资队伍建设情况进行了大量调研和了解的基础上对实验师资队伍建设中存在问题进行了分析和讨论。分别从思想意识、政策导向、师资培训和维修人才队伍建设等方面进行了分析探讨。同时对如何加强医学院校实验师资队伍建设提出了相应的对策建议,强调要重视实验室队伍建设首先要改变传统观念、建立激励机制稳定队伍建设、建立短期培训制度优化实验队伍结构和加强仪器设备的维护维修人才队伍建设等措施以适应实验室快速发展的需要。The problem of experiment-teaching team should be paid attention in the laboratory construction. This paper analyzed the current situation and discussed the guiding idealogy, policy orientation, training teacher and technician, respectively. Then the authors put forward some suggestion and countermeasures and pointed out that it is necessary to change people＇s tradition idea, to set up the mechanism to excit and stablize the experiment teaching team, so as to promote the laboratory constuction.
