摘　　要：论述了农业高职学生学习能力的内涵;分析了农业高职学生学习过程中存在的主要问题;结合工作实际,有针对性地提出了加强引导和指导、深化教学改革和加强基地建设等提高农业高职学生学习能力的有效途径:加强引导和指导,提高学生学习积极性;深化教学改革,全面提高学生学习能力;加强基地建设,改善学习条件和环境。The paper discusses the connotation of the learning ability of agricultural higher vocational students, analyzes the main problem existing in the learning process of agricultural vocational students. Combined with work reality, it proposes effective ways of strengthening guidance, deepening teaching reform and enforcing base construction to improve the learning ability of agricultural vocational students.
