摘　　要：目前,大学生思想道德教育与生活实际脱离,存在高耗低效的现象。本文以朋辈教育为理论基础的"校园之星"评选活动为例,用身边事教育身边人,以期引起学生的共鸣和反思,达到事半功倍的效果。Currently ,unrealistic ideological and moral education lacks efficiency and costs high. ＂Campus Star＂ A ward for good students based on peer education theories may arouse the average students＇ resonance and reflection, producing a multiplier effect of education.
