摘　　要：高校党外干部工作是统战工作的重要内容,也是干部工作的重要组成部分。新形势下推进高校党外干部工作科学化,全面加强党外干部队伍建设,对于高校改革发展和经济社会建设,具有特殊的重要意义。本文依据中央文件的重要精神,对党外干部工作科学化的重要性和必要性进行了阐述,结合实际分析了党外干部工作科学化的制约因素,进而提出了健全统筹规划、培养教育、选拔使用、联系沟通工作机制的实现路径。The work of university non-party cadres is an important content of the united front work, and also an im-portant part of the work of cadres. It is of special significance to promote the scientification of university non-party cadres under the new situation, strengthen university non-party cadres team construction comprehensively, rally strength and provide talents not only for the university reform and development, but also for the economic and social construction. According to the spirit of a central file, this article expounds the importance and necessity of the sci- entification of university non-party cadres, and analyses the restricting factors. On this basis, the route to improve the mechanism of co-ordinating, planning, training, selecting, employing, and communication is put forward.
