摘  要:通过对中美两国高等医学教育、毕业后医学教育及继续医学教育制度的比较,得出美国的医师培养制度具有严格准入、系统内标准统一、各阶段教育都严密对接等优势。因此,对构建适合我国的医师培养体系提出建议:明确医学教育目标,加强各阶段间的衔接;规范管理方式,完善管理制度;推广定期考核制度,贯彻终身教育理念。Graduate medical education, postgraduate medical education and continuing medi-cal education between China and the United States were compared in order to explore a better physi-cian training system of China. The physician training system of the United States has a series of ad-vantages such as strict access system, uniform training standard and closely linked among each stage, etc. We should make clear medical education standards and strengthen the cohesion between each stage, standardize the management mode and perfect the management system and promote regular as-sessment system.
