摘　　要：小微企业是我国实体经济的中坚力量,其数量多、活力强,在促进就业、科技创新等方面发挥重要作用,但融资困难阻碍了其健康发展。从政府政策、资本市场、银行、保险、小微企业自身等方面提出一系列策略,以期帮助小微企业解决资金之"渴"。The small ＆ micro-enterprises are the critical part in the economy entity of China, and play an important role in the employment growth and scientific and technological innovation with their large quantity and strong vitality. But the financing difficulty has preven-ted their development. This paper advances some innovative strategies from the perspective of the governmental policy support, capital market, bank, insurance and small ＆ micro-enterpri-ses themselves to tackle the problem of financing difficulty.
