摘　　要：在当前新形势下,推动高校党的建设科学化水平,进一步创新方法加强大学生党员继续教育,对于高校党建工作来说是十分重要的。从欣赏式管理视角分析了大学生党员继续教育问题,探讨了提高大学生党员继续教育的有效性。Under the new situation,how to improve the scientific level of the university party construction, and further strengthen the continuing education of undergraduate CPC members are necessary to the party construction in colleges and universities.In order to improve the effectiveness of the continuing education of undergraduate CPC members,the paper researched this problem from the perspective of appreciation-oriented management.
