摘　　要：发展大学生的个性和激发大学生的创新创业潜能已是现代教育的发展趋势。个性化教育是催生个体创造性发展的教育,在个体创造能力培养和生成方面具有独特优势。以个性化教育为主导的大学生创新创业能力培养途径:一是尊重个性发展,加强创新创业教育的人文关怀;二是以个性化的教育管理为依托,增强学校创新创业氛围。Modern education is aimed at developing college students＇ personality and stimulating their innovative potential in entrepreneurship.Individualized Education is the education to encourage individuals for creative development.It has unique advantages in cultivating and developing individuals＇ creative ability. First,the paper suggests,to respect the personality development,and strengthen the humanistic care;Second,to depend on the management of individualized education and advocate the innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere.
