时空观视域中的教育经营

摘　　要：从时空观的角度看,在人类历史发展的不同阶段、同一阶段的不同发展时期,教育究竟是由国家来管理,还是由个人或团体来经营,受到许多因素,特别是社会经济发展水平、政治经济制度、社会政治局势、当政者的重视程度、政府的财政状况等诸多因素的影响。因此,教育经营不但是一个历史性概念,也是一个全球性概念。In view of time and space ,during the different time and development period of human history ,the running of education by country or individual or organization is influenced by lots of factors such as the social economy de -velopment level ,political and economical system ,politics situations ,the attention degree of dominators ,the fiscal sit-uation of government ,etc..So,the concept of education operation is not only historical ,but also worldwide .
