摘　　要：中小企业的发展是社会稳定的基础,是国民经济的支柱,而中小企业服务体系建设是促进中小企业发展的动力机制。我国中小企业服务体系建设取得了一定的成效,但也存在诸多问题,需要进一步深化。中小企业服务体系的改进需要充分利用一切社会资源,借鉴西方发达国家的经验,才能获得稳步发展。The development of SMEs is the foundation of social stability and the backbone of the national economy. The service system for SMEs is a dynamic mechanism to promote the development of SMEs. Service system of SMEs in China has achieved some success, but there are many questions that need to be further deepened. The improve-ment of SME service system must take full advantage of all social resources, and draw on the experience of Western countries, in order to obtain steady development.
