脂联素在肺癌中作用的研究进展

摘　　要：脂联素是脂肪组织分泌的一种脂肪细胞因子,具有抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化、调节糖脂代谢、增强胰岛素敏感性的作用,当前在肿瘤中的作用越来越受到重视。最新研究表明,脂联素在肺癌中呈低表达,在晚期肺癌中更明显。脂联素水平与肿瘤的侵袭性和转移性有关,可作为评估肺癌患者病情进展的重要参考指标,为肺癌的治疗提供新的干预靶点和治疗思路。现就其在肺癌中的研究进行综述。Adiponectin, a kind of adipocytokine which is secreted by adipose tissue, has important functions like anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerosis, regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and enhancing the body＇s sensitivity to insulin. Nowadays its roles in the development of tumor are getting more and more attention. Latest research shows that the expression of adiponectin is low in lung cancer, even much lower in advanced lung cancer. The levels of Adiponectin may be connected with high invasive and metastatic characteristics of cancer. It could be used as an important indicator of disease progression of patients with lung cancer, and provide intervention targets and new therapeutic approach for the treatment of lung cancer. Here summarized was the research on its role in lung cancer.
