心导管室护士对心电图知识掌握情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解心导管室护士对心电图知识的掌握情况,提高心导管室护士术中护理质量。方法对50例心导管室护士运用自编心电图知识掌握调查表调查心导管室护士对心电图各波段命名、心电图各波段正常值、异常心电图及心腔内心电图判读正确率。结果 95%的心导管室护士能正确判读心电图各波段命名,90%能熟知心电图各波段正常值,80%能正确判读各种典型心电图,26%能正确判读心腔内心电图。从心导管室护士职称、学历以及从事心脏介入护龄亚组内统计表明,低学历、低职称及从事心脏介入护龄10年以下的护士,心电图的判读正确率低,与高学历、高职称及从事心脏介入护龄10年以上的护士比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大多数心导管室护士对体表心电图能正确判读,但对心腔内心电图正确判读率较低;低学历、低职称及从事心脏介入护龄10年以下的护士,心电图的判读正确率明显低于高学历、高职称及从事心脏介入护龄10年以上的护士,应针对性采取有效培训措施,提高护士术中心电图判读准确率及业务技术水平。Objective To evaluate the electrocardiogram （ECG） knowledge of cardiac catheter nurses and improve the intraoperative nursing quality in cardiac catheterization room. Methods To survey 50 cardiac catheter nurses by evalu- ating the identifying accuracy of the denominations and normal values of ECG segments and waves, the abnormal ECG and intracardiac electrogram （IEGM）, using the self-made ECG knowledge questionnaires. Results 95% cardiac catheter nurses exactly denominated the ECG segments and waves. 90% of them were familiar with the normal values. 80% of them identified the various abnormal ECG. 26 % of them identified the various IEGM. In the subgroup analyses, the ECG and IEGM identifying accuracy showed significant difference between the subgroup of lower education, lower title, under 10-year nursing age and the subgroup of higher education, higher title, above 10-year nursing age, respectively （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Most of the cardiac catheter nurses could identify the body-surface ECG, but the identifying accuracy of IEGM was poor. The ECG and IEGM identifying accuracy of the subgroups of lower education, lower title, under 10- year nursing age was lower than the the subgroups of higher education, higher title, above 10-year nursing age, respec- tively. So the specialized and effective training to the lower education, lower title, and under 10-year nursing age nurses could be necessary to improve the identifying accuracy of ECG and the professional technical level.
