应用型本科院校领袖气质人才培养探析——以山西农业大学信息学院为例

摘　　要：我国高等教育的发展已进入了从规模数量发展到质量内涵提升的转变时期,应用型本科院校仍普遍存在着通识教育缺失、教学投入不足、教学方法单一、重理论轻实践等现象,忽视个性化人才培养。山西农业大学信息学院太古精英学院,通过采取学生自选专业、全程导师制、小班上课、混合寄宿制、丰富的课外活动、加强国际交流合作等有效的措施,开发学生多方面才华,着力培养具有领袖气质的人才。The higher education in China has entered a period of enhancing teaching quality and connota- tion construction instead of quantity and scale development. However, it still is all-pervading in applica- tion-oriented universities that the phenomena of liberal education is missing, inadequate investments in teaching, unitary teaching method, ignoring personalized talent cultivation. Educational teaching empha- sizes theories and diminishes practical problems. This paper, based on the college of information in Shanxi Agricultural University, introduces the effective measures the college adopts which include liberal selecting majors, full tutorial system, small classes and mixed residential, rich extracurricular activities. It also lays stress on strengthening international communication and cooperation. The measures can help students develop various notions and nurture their leadership quality.
