摘  要:以甘肃道地中药材纹党(Codonopsis pilosula)为对象,通过室内砂培方法,研究了不同浓度(10-6mol/L,10-5mol/L,10-4mol/L,10-3mol/L)Zn2+对纹党种子萌发、幼苗生长、渗透调节物质积累和活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明:Zn2+低浓度显著促进纹党种子萌发和幼苗生长,Zn2+高浓度显著抑制纹党种子萌发和幼苗生长,抑制程度随浓度提高而增强;随着Zn2+浓度的增加,叶片O2·-产生速率和H2O2含量明显增加,SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性先升后降,Zn2+高浓度下处理GSH和AsA含量明显降低,幼苗叶片中Pro、可溶性糖和MDA含量随Zn2+浓度升高而升高。A sand culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of the different concentrations of Zn2 + (10-6 mol/L, 10-5 mol/L, 10-4 mol/L, 10-3 mol/L) stress on the germination and Seedling growth ,osmotica accumulation and active oxygen metabolism of Codonopsis pilosula of Gansu authentic Chinese herbal medicine. The results showed that the low concentrations of Zn2+ stress to increase the seeds germination and seedling growth significantly, arid the another high inhibition was aggravated with increasing concentration of Zn2 +. With the increasing of Zn2 + concentration, the leaf O2 - - production rate and H2O2 contents increased dramatically,the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase and ascorbate peroxidase decreased after an initial increase. The leaf contents of glutathione and ascorbic acid decreased markly, the leaf proline , the soluble sugar and malonaldehyde contents had a significant increase with the increasing of Zn2 + concentration.
