摘  要:目的:探讨高度近视与指纹类型、指纹嵴线数、指纹总嵴线数、指纹白线的相关性。方法:采用油墨捺印方法采集福建闽南汉族大学生(高度近视组235例,正常对照组235例)的指纹。结果:高度近视组左手拇指、食指的尺箕纹频率低于正常对照组。高度近视组左手食指一般斗频率高于对照组。不分各手指,高度近视组尺箕频率低于对照组。而高度近视组食指指纹白线、总指纹白线出现率均高于对照组。结论:尺箕频率降低、指纹白线出现率增高可能是高度近视的重要皮纹学线索;指纹嵴线数、指纹总嵴线数可能与福建闽南汉族高度近视无关。Objective: To study the correlation of myopia with fingerprint patterns, fingerprint ridge counts, total fingerprint ridge counts and white line of fingerprints of the Han college students of Fujian Minnan region. Methods: Fingerprints were obtained by means of ink prints, including 235 patients with high myopia and 235 in the control of the Han college students of Fujian Minnan region. Results: The frequency of ulnarloop patterns in thumb, index of left hand in high myopia group was lower than that of the control. The frequency of simple whorl in the thumb of the left hand in high myopia was higher than that of the control. Irrespective of finger, frequency of ulnarloop patterns in high myopia was lower than that of the control. The frequency of white line of fingerprints either in index or total in high myopia was higher than that of the control. Conclusion: It may be significant clue on human dermatoglyphics from the higher frequency of ulnarloop patterns and the lower frequency of white line of fingerprints in high myopia. The fingerprint ridge counts and total fingerprint ridge counts may have nothing to do with high myopia in Han people of Fujian Minnan region.
