摘　　要：目的：利用生物电阻抗分析法测量广西汉族大学生身体各部脂肪量和脂肪率，进而探讨广西汉族大学生脂肪分布特点。方法：随机选取右江民族医学院599例广西籍汉族在校生为研究对象。在知情同意的条件下，采用生物电阻抗分析法测得四肢、躯干以及总的脂肪量和脂肪率。将各部位脂肪相关数据按性别和年龄分组，并进行统计学分析。结果：男生各部位脂肪量和脂肪率的年龄组间差异无统计学意义。女生除躯干脂肪量较恒定外，其他部位脂肪量经历一次降低后保持稳定，而大多数部位脂肪率的年龄组间差异无统计学意义。多数年龄组女生躯干脂肪量大于同龄男生，其他部位脂肪量和各部位脂肪率，女生大于同龄男生。男生的脂肪主要分布在躯干，其次是双下肢。女生的脂肪总体上主要分布在双下肢，其次是躯干。结论：广西汉族大学生脂肪分布具有稳定性且性别差异明显，表明脂肪发育已成熟。与西藏藏族相比，部分广西汉族女大学生的脂肪分布具有本民族特点。Objective： To obtain the characteristics of fat distribution of Han nationality college students in Guangxi by counting their fat mass and fat ratio with a bioelectrical impedance method. Methods： The subjects were 599 Han college students selected randomly from Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities in Guangxi. Fat mass and fat ratio of limbs, trunk and the whole body were measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis with informed consent. The data on fat was allocated to 12 groups according to age and sex and then analyzed. Results： The differences of the fat mass and fat ratio of males in all age groups were not statistically significant. The fat mass of the limbs and the whole body of females remained steady in a long time after a decline. However, the differences of the fat mass of the trunk and fat ratio of most parts of females in all age groups were not statistically significant. The fat mass of the trunk of females in most age groups was higher than that of males of the same age. The fat mass of the limbs and the whole body and the fat ratio of all parts of females were higher than those of males of the same age. For males, the trunk had more fat than did the lower limbs. For females, on the contrary, the lower limbs had more fat than the trunk. Conclusion： Stability and gender differences of fat distribution of Han nationality college students in Guangxi indicate that their fat is mature. Compared with the Tibet Tibetan＇s, fat distribution of some Han nationality female college students in Guangxi has national characteristics.
