摘  要:目的:在牙科钴铬合金表面制备四面体非晶碳膜,并对薄膜质量进行表征评价。方法:制备直径12mm、厚2mm的牙科钴铬合金试件,采用阴极真空等离子电弧镀系统在试件表面制备四面体非晶碳薄膜,随后表征分析镀膜的表面形貌、元素成分、化学键组成。结果:钴铬合金试件镀膜的表面形貌和拉曼光谱曲线特征与四面体非晶碳膜一致,该薄膜由sp3键和sp2键碳原子组成,sp3键含量高于70%。结论:本实验的镀膜质量完全达到四面体非晶碳膜定义的制备标准。Objective: To prepare tetrahedral amorphous carbon films on the surface of dental cobalt-- chromium alloys and evaluate the quality of the deposited films by surface characterization. Methods: Dental cobalt--chromium alloy material was machined into disks with 12-- mm-- diameter and 2-- mm-- thickness. Tetrahedral amorphous carbon films were prepared on these disks using a filtered cathodic vacuum arc system. Then, the surface morphology, elemental composition and the spa fraction of the deposited films were analyzed using the methods of surface characterization. Results: The surface morphology and Raman spectroscopy of the deposited films on dental cobalt-- chromium alloy specimens had the same characteristics as that of tetrahedral amorphous carbon films reported previously. The deposited films were composed of sp2 and sp3 bonded carbon atoms and over 70M of the carbon atoms were sp3 bonded. Conclusion: The deposited films on dental cobalt--chromium alloy specimens in this study came up to the qualitative standards of tetrahedral amorphous carbon films.
